Founded in 2010, Horsch Garage Equipment is proudly family-owned and operated by Mike Horsch Sr., Mike Horsch Jr., and Patty Horsch. Together, they bring decades of industry experience, combining expert sales, hands-on service and installation, and financial leadership to provide quality equipment, dependable service, and lasting relationships with customers throughout New England.

Leads the company's service and installation operations, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
► Patty Horsch – Co-Owner & Finance Manager
Oversees the company's finances, bookkeeping, and administrative operations, keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Jessica Cole
Office Manager
Jessica has been with Horsch Garage Equipment since 2017, supporting the service and sales teams by answering customer calls, opening service work orders, and assisting with equipment orders, processing, and billing. She enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and putting her math skills to good use.
Favorite Part of the Job: Solving problems and helping keep everything running smoothly.

Lilly Horsch
Service Department – Office Personnel
Lilly has been with Horsch Garage Equipment for 3 years. She supports the service department by creating repair estimates, scheduling service appointments, sending lift inspection reminders, and checking in on equipment orders to help keep customers informed.
Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and building relationships with customers.
Outside of work, Lilly enjoys working on her truck and spending as much time outdoors as she can with her dogs. Whether she's tackling a new project or enjoying the fresh air, she loves staying active and hands-on.
Crystal Horsch
Office Assistant
Crystal joined Horsch Garage Equipment in 2025 as an Office Assistant. She helps keep the office running smoothly by managing invoicing, payroll support, marketing, website updates, office supplies, and jumping in wherever an extra hand is needed.
Crystal's favorite part of her job is working alongside her family and helping the family business grow. She enjoys being part of a team that works together every day.
Outside of work, Crystal loves spending time with her husband and kids, camping, riding bikes, swimming, and enjoying the outdoors.
Service Technician’s
Brandon Francis Belair
Service Technician
Brandon has spent his career in the automotive and skilled trades, with experience in vehicle repair, customer service, and management. At Horsch Garage Equipment, he installs, diagnoses, and services a wide range of garage equipment while adapting to unique shop layouts and tackling new challenges every day.
Favorite Part of the Job: Working hands-on both indoors and outdoors.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and riding his Harley.
Robert Defosses
Service Technician
Robert brings more than 35 years of industry experience to the Horsch Garage Equipment team, including 23 years as an ASE Master Technician and Service Manager, along with 12 years in retail management. His extensive knowledge and problem-solving skills help keep our customers' equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Robert's favorite part of the job is getting stranded lifts back up and running, helping customers get back to work as quickly as possible.
Fun Fact: Robert enjoys taking on mechanical challenges and finding solutions to even the toughest repair jobs.

Bill Hatem
Project Manager
Bill works closely with customers throughout New England to design, supply, and coordinate the installation of complete shop and parts room systems. With 12 years of experience at Snap-on, he brings valuable industry knowledge and helps turn each customer's vision into a functional, efficient workspace.
Bill's favorite part of the job is seeing a project come to life—from the initial design on paper to the finished shop.
Fun Fact: When he's not helping customers build their dream shops, Bill teaches race car driving.

Ken McKenna
Equipment Sales Consultant
Ken brings 30 years of experience with Hunter Engineering, helping customers throughout New Hampshire with complete equipment solutions for the automotive, truck, fleet, municipal, and transportation industries. His expertise includes vehicle lifts, wheel service, alignments, shop equipment, and complete facility outfitting.
Favorite Part of the Job: Building long-term relationships and helping customers improve their business.
Fun Fact: Ken enjoys being a grandfather and following his grandsons to their travel soccer games and track meets. -

Brian Ahlstedt
Sales
Born and raised in Boston, Brian brings 45 years of experience in the automotive industry to Horsch Garage Equipment. Known for his honesty, hard work, and industry knowledge, he enjoys helping customers throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island find the right equipment solutions.
Favorite Part of the Job: Meeting new people.
Fun Fact: Brian is a dedicated fan of all Boston sports teams.
